Yes, lab-created diamonds are diamonds of the highest quality. That means they are identical to mined diamonds in terms of chemical composition, crystalline structure, brilliance and hardness, and are rated by the same “4Cs” – clarity, cut, color and carat. Just like mined diamonds, they come from rough which is meticulously crafted by skilled artisans to unleash the individual fire and beauty in each stone. The main difference between lab-created diamonds and mined diamonds is that lab-created diamonds are grown above ground, whereas mined diamonds are drawn from the earth.

Created in a laboratory above ground, our sustainably lab-created diamonds have a very different supply chain than mined varieties. This enables us to offer you an extremely high quality product at an exceptional value.

Lab-grown diamonds are created by two main methods, HPHT (high pressure, high temperature) and CVD (chemical vapor deposition). For our sustainably lab-grown diamonds, we use the CVD method. It's an innovative process that replicates that of nature, meaning our lab-created diamonds are as individual as their mined counterparts. Just like mined varieties, our lab-grown diamonds are rated for quality by the 4Cs: cut, clarity, color and carat but opposite to mined diamonds, our lab-grown diamonds are grown, cut and polished using 100% renewable energy. A lab-grown diamond will be visually indistinguishable with a naked eye from a mined diamond and just as unique.

Step 1: Immerse jewelry in the liquid cleaner for two minutes.

Step 2: Rinse with lukewarm water and pat dry.

Step 3: Buff to a shine with the Pandora polishing cloth using the white side on gold and sterling silver and pink side on white gold.

DAILY CARE

Remove your jewelry before showering, swimming or sleeping. To protect its rhodium coating, please keep white gold Diamonds by Pandora products away from hand sanitizer, perfumes and creams. Store your jewelry in a pouch or soft cloth separate from other jewelry.

Pandora follows international diamond industry association (CIBJO) standards to ensure that the weight of every stone is always at or above the target we promise. Furthermore, all stones at 0.50 ct. and above are certified by the International Gemological Institute (IGI). IGI gives an accurate assessment of a diamond’s cut, color, clarity and carat weight, according to strict international standards.
